Your Week in Diani
Tuesday, 1 December · Arrival (confirm arrival day) Arrive at Ukunda Airport, where all-inclusive participants are picked up and taken to the resort. Check-in from 12:00.
Wednesday, 2 December · Day 1: Connect From 09:00: registration and welcome coffee, followed by opening keynotes on digital government and TYPO3. The rest of the day is about getting to know each other: participants from different countries, roles and tracks. From 19:00: dinner.
Thursday, 3 December · Day 2: Deep Dive From 09:00: a full day of workshops in two parallel tracks, one for developers and one for government digital teams. From 19:00: dinner.
Friday, 4 December · Day 3: Build Together From 09:00: both tracks come together to work on real-world challenges, explore collaborations and plan what happens after the camp. Closing session in the afternoon. From 19:00: dinner.
Saturday, 5 December · Departure (confirm departure day) Check-out until 10:00, transfers to Ukunda Airport for all-inclusive participants.
